Burrata Peach Salad (Platting)

Ingredients

5 ea Peaches, ripe
1 recipe Sage dressing
¼ cup Sage oil
10 ea Burrata cheese balls
1 tsp Maldon Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper


Platting:

  • Slice the peach in half and remove the pit. Place the flat part down in a cutting board and slice thinly in ¼ inch slices. 
  • Dress the peaches with the sage dressing and season with salt and pepper and set aside. 
  • In a separate bowl place the burrata and drizzle with the sage oil and season with Maldon salt and freshly cracked black pepper. 
  • Place the seasoned burrata in the center of the plate, then place the peaches on the side. 
  • Garnish the salad with fresh sage leaves and the caramelized hazelnuts.

*You can add many variations to this salad. Substitute the sage for basil. 
Add tomatoes or watermelon instead of peaches.
